From the perspective of hardware structure, the cable is equipped with a dedicated signal conversion chip that can convert CAN bus signals (differential signals) of J1939 protocol into RS-485 bus signals (single ended signals) of J1708 protocol, while completing level matching and data format conversion, ensuring that data is transmitted between different protocol systems without loss or delay. The 9-pin interface follows the SAE J1939-11 standard, with pin definitions including CAN-H, CAN_L, power, ground, etc., meeting high anti-interference requirements; The 6-pin interface complies with the SAE J1708 standard, with pins covering data positive, data negative, auxiliary power, etc., and is compatible with traditional commercial vehicle equipment interface specifications.

In the process of signal transmission, the cable adopts a twisted pair structure to suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI), combined with a shielding layer design to reduce the impact of external electromagnetic radiation on the signal, fully meeting the strict requirements of commercial vehicles for communication reliability.
