Interface type: One end is a standard OBD2 16 pin plug, usually with a plastic shell and 16 metal pins inside, used to connect with the vehicle's OBD2 interface. It has good conductivity and mechanical strength, ensuring the stability and reliability of the connection. The other end is an open end without a fixed connector, making it easy for users to customize connections according to specific needs, such as connecting to terminals of specific testing equipment, data acquisition modules, or other electronic devices.

Internal circuit: It contains multiple core wires that are used to transmit different signals and power sources. Common types include power lines, ground lines, CAN bus lines, K-lines, etc. The core wire is usually made of copper material to reduce resistance and improve signal transmission efficiency, and each core wire has an independent insulation layer to prevent signal interference and short circuits between each other.

Shielding layer: In order to improve anti-interference ability, OBD2 16 pin to open end cables generally have a shielding layer.
